Ready to buy prints and homewares should arrive within 5 working days. 

The lead time for Menu Munch varies, but I aim to send out prints within 5 working days so that they arrive within 10 working days.

The lead time for Bespoke Commissions is 30 working days from the date of purchase (not when you joined the waitlist). If there are any changes to this, I will notify you ahead of processing your payment. 

E-Prints are sent with the same drawing lead time, 5 working days for Menu Munch and 30 working days for Bespoke Commissions. You will be sent this via email with instructions for the best way to print.

I can ship my prints all over the world, as well as send my E-Prints for a free and fast delivery that allows you to print your drawing locally.

Due to the personalised nature of my art, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

A4 is the most popular across the range, but it really depends on the space you are imagining your artwork to go in!

Absolutely! My drawings make brilliant presents, from teatowels to bespoke commissions, there’s something for everyone.

I also now offer gift notes that you can add to your order to make them extra special.

Yes! If you already own a Maisies Munch Commission print and would like to have it reprinted, I offer commission reprints.

Yes! My gift cards make the perfect last minute gift or are a great option if you’re not sure what to choose.

My products are currently only available online.

I do, however, sometimes attend pop-up events where I sell in person. Please keep an eye on my social media and sign up for my newsletter for upcoming events.

Please email hello@maisiesmunch.co.uk and she will send an invoice for the selected item to be drawn, this will be the same cost as an item already on the menu. The item you choose will then be added to the menu for all to select!

Maisie is able to do this in quieter months, so this depends on demand. Please be in touch sooner rather than later!
